  001.   Be respectful and kind. I want to get along with everyone, so I hope that if anyone should have an issue, no matter what, that they will come to me with these. Your comfort matters a lot to me, this is a safe space and I will listen. I will hard block if I feel my own limits are push or my boundaries are crossed.  002.   Interactions and bandwagons are for everyone unless specific people are tagged. Most are with mutuals in mind, though I don't mind interaction to a certain extent with people who aren't mutuals. My dms are always open for discussing a plot or longer storylines. I do stick mostly character developing SLs, I avoid fight rp when I can, since I don't feel I can write satisfying responses.   003.   My account is multiship and I'm willing to discuss shipping our muses, but I do want there to be chemistry. I do prefer slow burn, to build the relationship. They don't have to end up as a couple, it can be a situationship, friends with benefits, flirtationship. I want the ship to fit both characters and match with how their interactions are.  004.   I do have mains, people whom I may prioritize replying to at times when my energy doesn't allow for too many interactions at once. The Swansong

If there was one thing HYDRA did well, it was taking everything that made someone a person and reshape it into their own image. This is what happened to Odette, a once bright young girl, so full of life. But now she was colder, more guarded. Years as an asset, trained to seduce and kill will do that even to the sweetest of girls. Will she ever find that spark again? Only time will tell . . .

  Before the incident.   Odette was meant for great things, at least according to her parents. They would never have thought those great things they had planned for her would be the reason that they lost her.Odette had grown up in Paris with two loving but very ambitious parents. She was raised well, told to always be kind and considerate. She did not have much of a life outside of her studies; only ballet was allowed. No friends, no hobbies, and no boys.It was supposed to be a simple trip to Russia; she had been selected to participate in a ballet performance, and despite the strained relationship between France and Russia, it was an opportunity that no one would turn down.She had been no more than sixteen years old, barely having any life experiences, when she was taken. The KGB had seen potential in the young girl, who had arrived all the way from France. Easy to bend, maybe even break.No one knew where she had gone on the second day there. Her parents had been waiting for her after a long day of practice, but she never walked out of the building that they had seen her go into that morning. They were devastated, and after weeks of refusing to leave, they were forced to return to France. To their own lives, never knowing what had happened to their little ray of sunshine.

  As the SWANSONG.   Early in her conditioning, the KGB had given Odette a prototype of the serum that would later create The Winter Soldier. To their surprise, her body could handle not only the serum but also the brutal torture they were putting her through.This was a pleasant surprise to them, which only meant they would have more than one asset once they were done with both of their subjects.It turned out that Odette had excellent marksmanship, able to hit just about any target, moving or not. This is how Project Swansong was born, the asset they would fall back to if The Winter Soldier should fail . . . Or forget his programming.The Swansong would more often than not find her crosshairs aimed directly at the other asset, acting as a sort of failsafe, should he show signs of remembering. This was no secret between the two; everyone knew the KGB would have plans, should things not be as they were supposed to.There would also be times when she was sent out to gather intel, her soft, innocent features luring in government officials, making them spill their secrets.This would all have been easy to deal with if she did not remember everything. Everything except who she was before the KGB . . .

  Finally free . . .   Escaping from the facility where she had been kept for most of her life was no easy feat; she was on her own and with no one to come rescue her. Part of her had wondered if it was even worth a try; no one would remember her, and she'd come out into a world as a ghost.But she had to try, for her own sake. There had to be more to life than just being someone else's weapon, even if she only had distorted memories of who she was before left.It had taken her months to get from Russia to the US. She had no money or documentation, which meant official traveling was out of the question. So she walked. For weeks, maybe even months. Sometimes, managing to sneak onto a boat.She was unsure why she had chosen America as her destination. She had no attachment to this place, or so she thought.It took her a while to find somewhere safe, a place no one would ask questions. Turned out the place was a small bookstore, owned by an older gentleman. She had found herself frozen outside his store window, dress tattered and just staring at a book about a ballerina.The older gentleman had invited her inside, offering a cup of tea . . . Out of pity, most likely. It wasn't long after that that she began working there.

  The first soft spot.   James Barnes, this man is a complication that Odette does not need in her life. Only known to her as Soldat, he was one of the only real things she knew as the Swansong. That didn't stop the resentment from building, knowing that he was free and out there in the world, while she had been left behind.This only stung as much as it did because, despite them just being assets, what she felt for him had been real.

  Lies lies lies.   Captain America, the enemy, the person that she had been conditioned to hate. The KGB had made it clear over the years that this man was not to be trusted, and should they make contact, she was to attack on sight.While she had been freed from most of her programming, certain things still clung to her very being, such as the feelings forced on her.

  A small kindness.   While it was rare for the Widow and the Swansong to meet during her time with the KGB, it still happened. She had seen the Red Room once or twice, had almost felt jealous, but of what she was not sure.The Swansong had felt a flicker of admiration for the spy, their few interactions always polite and pleasant despite the work they did. She could respect that.

  A nightmare   Mr. Pierce was a walking, talking nightmare to Odette. He was a dangerous man, the one who had taken control over not only the Winter Soldier but also Project Swansong. She was at his mercy, something that no living soul should wish for. His pretty little bird was always the way he referred to her, those simple words always sending a shiver down her spine. The only thing she regretted when hearing of his death was that she never got to pull the trigger herself.

  Mutual dislike.   Crossbones, a man that Odette knew very little about but still felt enormous hatred towards. He was some of the worst that HYDRA had to offer and he seemed to thrive on that fact. Another man where her only regret is that she did not get to end his life. Their interactions had always been tense, him knowing that he was in a higher position than her while she knew that snapping his neck would be all too easy, if not for the failsafe planted in her brain.

  Should have finished the job.   Odette feels a strong dislike towards Zemo, having been at the facility when he had killed the other assets, but she couldn't hate him. His actions that day were the reason she was now free. Knowing this is the only reason she has never made him a target.

  A second chance.   An older gentleman who took a chance on a lost soul. Odette doesn't know much about Mike, besides that he used to be married and that he owns the bookstore that he lets her work at.That and he has an unhealthy relationship with tea.
